Mr. Naj began his career in pharmaceuticals at Pfizer in New York and then was assigned to Bangkok, Thailand, to run the company’s SE Asia operations. Six years later he was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President- Investor Development & Strategy in New York as the point man at Pfizer for the global investment community. In 2007, he was recognized by the independent IR Magazine in New York for his role in crisis communication, nominated by analysts and other investment professionals. He served as a member of Pfizer’s Corporate Audit Committee, and closely worked with the corporate leadership in developing company’s long-term investment and growth strategies. He left Pfizer in 2008 and founded Paradigm Pharmaceuticals Inc., and in 2024 extended his reach into biologic medicines by establishing Cellxis Co., Ltd. Prior to joining Pfizer, Mr. Naj worked as a journalist on the staff of the Wall Street Journal in New York.
